Late Cancellations or No-Shows 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, the 25% deposit will be forfeited. 

Rescheduling

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only myself but other clients as well.

Rescheduling of any service must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to reschedule your appointment within the time policies mentioned above will result in your booking fee being forfeited. Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and must be presented at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.
